  • What shipping methods are available and how long does it take to ship?

All packages are shipped via ground shipping through available carriers in your region. Domestic United States shipping generally takes 5-7 days by ground shipping, while international shipping may take up to 15-20 days.

  • Where do you ship out of?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Our warehouse hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm and orders are fulfilled on the next business day after an order is received. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the following regions:

Canada, Russia, Australia, United States, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Malaysia, Philippines, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
  • What payment options are currently available at checkout?

We currently accept payment via Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. 

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately at this moment, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges and all sales are final. Makartt and its subsidiaries implement high standards of quality in our manufacturing process, however, if you believe you have received a faulty product, please e-mail us at with a photo of product issue and we'd be happy to send you a replacement at no cost.

  • How do you process refunds?

In the event of a refund, all funds will be returned to the original payment method you used to place your order. Please expect 5-7 business days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account.

  • How can I cancel or change an order?

If you'd like to cancel or change an order, including information related to an order (e.g. shipping address, phone number, contact information), you can do so before shipments are released to our carriers. In most cases, orders are fulfilled within 15 minutes of placing your order during our business hours. If you'd like to cancel or change an order, please contact us at and our agents will let you know if the option to change or cancel the order is still available.

  • Are international duties, tariffs or taxes included in the pricing?

As all orders are fulfilled in the United States, any international duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Makartt and its subsidiaries are not responsible for clearing customs or any charges occurred from import duties.
